All products leave our warehouse in brand new condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to examine all shipments for damage (both external and internal, especially bed parts) immediately upon arrival. Inspect the packages and note damaged goods on delivery receipt prior to signing, verify quantity of boxes (example: sign for 14 boxes do not sign for 2 pallets) and only sign for the number of boxes you receive. You have 15 days to report any concealed damages. Your signed delivery receipt is a legal document.
Warranty items
You will need to return the product at your expense to our facility for inspection. Once we deem it as a manufacturer defect we will issue credit. If you want we can send an immediate replacement at a charge and apply the credit to it once returned item is deemed defective.
Repair replacement and parts policies
We will send out a replacement and issue credit upon return of defective/damaged product. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. We will bear the shipping costs of replacement. Item. No credit will be issued until the damaged/defective product ia received.
Please note our freight policies as of 1-01-2011
• Orders from $0-$749.99 billed actual freight charges
• $750.00 to $1499.99 billed a flat fee of $34.95
• $1500.00 and up free freight
Orders under $250.00 will have a $10.00 surcharge added
Lift-gate, inside delivery, residential deliveries, delivery appointments or any other accessorial charges are all extra charges and are not part of the free freight or flat fee policy.
